Steve Graham, AICP

Principal

Steve Graham is an AICP certified planner with over 20 years of international experience in land and urban planning services. He received both his Bachelor of Town Planning and Bachelor of Geography from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Since that time, Steve has worked across the breadth of urban development projects from concept to construction, while serving in municipal government and private consultancy roles.

With 10 years of experience working in South Florida, Steve has built a solid reputation in the industry. His specialties include review and assessment of development plans, comprehensive planning, neighborhood and master planning, and preparation of planning policy and regulation. His experience also extends to site planning and project management through the entitlement phases, including due diligence, site feasibility analysis, regulatory approvals, owner representation, and stakeholder consultation.

Steve proudly served his community of West Palm Beach, Florida by volunteering as a board member for the City of West Palm Beach Downtown Action Committee (DAC) from 2016 to 2024, where he helped review all applications for development in the downtown master plan area. If he is not assisting clients in project approvals, plan review and project management, he is traveling and exploring the globe with his wife and young daughter. He loves to surf, run, and is still motivated to one day complete another ironman triathlon.
